****This service is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older due to insurance purposes**** Semi-permanent or composite bond tooth gems last anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2+ years. One gem bonded to one tooth using a semi-permanent bonding system starts at $75. Additional gems on the same tooth is an added $15 per basic gem. Adding an additional gem to a different tooth is an added $30 per gem. We offer a wide price and style rage of gem options.
