****This service is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older due to insurance purposes**** One gem bonded to one tooth using a temporary bonding system starts at $65. Additional gems on the same tooth is an added $10 per basic gem. Adding an additional gem to a different tooth is an added $25 per gem. We offer a wide price and style rage of gem options. Designs can be butterflies, cherries etc.
